Use This Scrambled Tofu Recipe to Make a Zero-cholesterol Replacement for Eggs

You can use this scrambled tofu recipe to make a dish that is appealing to all the senses. One great test of how well unusual preparations will be received is to see how well children eat them. This tofu recipe is a favorite across all age groups and I believe is has to do with the seasoning.

This tofu recipe is from Tasty Vegan Delights, by Lawson and Puffer. The seasoning used in this preparation is also from that source. It is a very versatile seasoning and is simple to make.
