Use These Helpful Milagro Tips for Preparing the Milagro de la Selva Tea
Milagro de la Selva is a tea - not pills. Unlike most people, I don't like taking pills and I don't like synthetic drugs either. I was determined to find an easy way to use this tea.
You can use these "been-there-done-that" (proven) tips for preparing and using the Milagro de la Selva tea.
(1) Follow the Instructions for Preparation given on the Packet - for example, boil 4 cups of pure water in non-aluminum pot. Add 4 heaped teaspoons of the product for 10 minutes. Let cool, then steep, refrigerated overnight. This yields three full cups.

(2) Make sure the water is at a boil before you add the tea and start timing.
(3) Lower the flame (or heat) just enough to sustain boiling after you add the dried tea product to the boiling water. Vigorous boiling does not necessarily raise the temperature of the water, it only evaporates more, thus decreasing the final volume of the tea.
(4) Do not stir the contents before you pour it through a fine strainer. Most of the solid particles would have already settled out overnight, and will be easily left behind as solid residue when the tea is poured.
(5) Drink a cup of the tea approximately half an hour before each meal. If you forget that your meal time is approaching, you should still drink the tea just prior to eating.
Tips for preparing in bulk when you travel
When my family went on vacation, I managed to carry enough
tea prepared for a 5-day trip. How did I do it?
(6) Use several cup-sized (8-oz) canning jars to store the tea. You can get them at Big Lots stores, Wal-Mart or similar stores quite cheap. In this way, you won't need to pour anything, each 8-oz serving will be ready to drink.
(7) Use a cooler such as the Igloo™ coolers to store the jars of tea, if you do not have a refrigerator. In fact, it is a good idea to "refrigerate" the jars of tea in the cooler during travel.
(8) If you have luggage constraints, such as if you are traveling by plane, consider "carry-on" sized containers. Be prepared to explain or provide proof of your medical condition should that be necessary to satisfy "post 9/11" airport security requirements.
(9) If needed, carry enough packets of (un prepared) Milagro de la Selva tea, so that you can prepare it when you get to your destination. If you have not memorized the directions, carry those as well.
(10) Remember to monitor your glucose levels. This was one of the more encouraging things for me. It made the task of daily preparations for 2 months seemed easier. Each time I would see an improvement it encourages me to keep taking the tea.
(11) Do not skip a beat. Sure, taking Milagro de la Selva is not as easy as popping a pill. But try not to break your schedule. It is very rewarding when you stick to it. Be like the postage stamp - stick to it until you get there!
