Herbal Nutrition Supplement & Mineral Choices
I never thought of using herbal nutrition supplements or health and wellness products until my doctor spoke harshly to me.
She said, "You will always be a diabetic and you just need to get with the program." She was speaking of "her" treatment program. Being the rebel I am, I resented her callous counsel and began a literature search. I was amazed at what I found.

Why take a herbal nutrition supplement?
Most people are surprized when they learn first-hand of the power of natural herbal nutrition products readily available at their local stores. You will be surprised too, when you read about these natural dietary aids that the synthetic drug makers would love if you never knew about.
Items on my natural nutrition supplement list
I discovered several herbal nutrition supplement and mineral choices that are known to be anti-diabetic. Some of them have been proven to lower cholesterol, normalize high blood pressure, and provide several other health benefits besides helping to regulate blood sugar level.
Here is a brief description of each herbal nutrition supplement. You can click the link associated with each to get more information.
Milagro de la Selva -
I have used this personally and attribute much of my recovery to the use of the tea made from this product.
I also learned about the advantages of liquid nutritional supplement formulations versus tablet or pill formulations when I researched this product.
The milagro de la selva tea regulated my glucose level so effectively that I was able to pass my medical exam for health insurance application (approved!) - after being rejected a few months before.

Herbal nutrition supplement sources
These products are everywhere. Some may be in the health products section of your neighborhood supermarket.
My main sources are :
(a) Internet - you can order these on the Internet
or by phone from recognized sellers.
(b) Your neighborhood whole foods market or health store.
I find many of these herbs at Whole Foods Stores near Atlanta.
(c) Supermarket chains like Kroger are recognizing that many customers are focusing more
and more on natural products. It was even surprising to me to find the
herbal nutrition supplement,
gymnema sylvestre described on the Kroger website.
I found a medical encyclopedia on herbal nutrition supplement products. If you use one of these, you will know how to use these products and derive the health benefits that nature has on its rich platter for you.

What is diabetes like?
Actually, diabetes is starvation, except that it occurs at the cell level. Individual cells are deprived of glucose and they eventually die.
