Favorite Diabetic-tested Healthy Recipes for Feast, Fun, and Fitness

I treasure these healthy recipes and the privilege to share them with you. I hope that you can the enjoy the control over your health that I enjoy daily.

If you are health conscious (and you wouldn't be reading this if you were not) you may have been left without options at times at the dinner table while you watched others gobble their way to ruin, enjoying the popular menu.

Fun to try, fun to eat...

Don't miss the pleasure and opportunity of "engineering" your own diet (and reward of building your health.)

These healthy recipes are about eating healthy, and they don't sacrifice taste and your enjoyment of good food.

In fact, I would advise you to eat only what you need, since anything carried to the extreme can be dangerous as well. (Oh yes, they are that delicious!)

I just had to add that warning label there...

One last point to note about these healthy recipe suggestions is that I try to provide some health information about some ingredients. I try to give a rationale or explanation of the health benefits, to the diabetic especially, as I see them. I am just sharing what I think is good for me. I hope it's great for you too. Enjoy.

A healthy granola recipe that is low in fat

This no-oil granola recipe makes a wholesome treat that will not require you to do extra crunches when you go to the gym. It is very low on fat since no oil is used.

Good thing is, you can be really creative with this. And watch how much kids will love this one!
