Ovecome both depression and diabetes with a new "reason" and a little "push"
In most cases, depression and diabetes will inevitably come together. I remember my first reaction to the diagnosis was not depression. I was stoic. frozen, of sorts...
But close friends said I was "calm" as usual.
Ha!
That's because they could not see my brain. Within a couple of days, my family knew (this time) diabetes depression had set in for real. I had been feeling depressed for no reason off-and-on up to this time. Now we had the answer.
Diabetes and depression - Face up with a new reason
It really helped to know that my feeling was all due to the degenerative type 2 diabetes. This helped to put things in perspective. I had to find a new reason to move on.
To give up then meant I might miss my
- my daughter's highschool graduation
- my son's Fox 5 TV feature as a young talented violinist
- my first son's announcement of his national merit scholar award
All of these (along with several other achievements) were great moments of celebration for which they were happy to have dad as part of the celebration.
No diabetes. No depression. I had too much going for me right now. I had to take back control. But it's not easy EVEN when you have good reasons to rise above it. I needed some help; a "push" over the diabetes depression hump.
Push against depression and diabetes with the Fucoidan supplement
Sometimes I wish I could give a statistical breakdown of how my recovery was achieved, but I can't. Thirty percent due to food A, 25% due to food B, etc. I don't know.

What I do know is that the results have been surprizing to my doctor, to my friends, and even to me! I can read skepticism on some faces, but I always have copies of my medical reports in my computer bag - ready to be drawn! Call me crazy.
If you are looking for that **extra** push back to normal a not-so-crazy food supplement is the fucoidan-rich original limu. I does have a giant push against the diabetes and depression load of your life.

What is diabetes like?
Actually, diabetes is starvation, except that it occurs at the cell level. Individual cells are deprived of glucose and they eventually die.
