Hello, I am Bentley Thompson. I created this site out of my "experience" as a type 2 diabetic - not as a medical professional.
This site is about my fight to re-gain control of my health by conquering this killer disease. I have been so blessed to discover the anti-diabetes diet - it's a way of life that I wish I had known long ago.
Pardon me, but I cannot keep my mouth shut. I just have to tell everybody. I really enjoy helping people and I wanted to share what I've learned about lifestyle (diet, exercise, rest, and other factors) and how these influence the diabetes syndrome.
I've found that the Internet is the perfect medium for this and that is why I built this website with the amazing help of Site BuildIt!. (Why they have an "exclammation mark" in the SiteBuildIt! name? I don't know. Anyway...)
It's my passion-driven effort

I chose this topic (anti-diabetes diet and diabetes supplements) because my fight against diabetes has become one of the most rewarding undertakings in my entire life.
